General info
Sky will start at 7PM GMT / 2PM EST, gather time will be roughly 30 minutes before. EVERYONE will be expected to bring silent oils, reraise item(s), and food appropriate to the job you are using for the run.
Attendance
As with everything else that is Cake, attendance is not mandatory. First and foremost Cake is a social LS. We are here to have fun. That being the case we will be using a points based bidding system to determine who receives what drops.
A pop item farming session will earn you - 10 points.
God fights will earn you - 5 points.
The points difference is used to encourage the numbers needed to ensure quick completion of Kirin sets, the ultimate goal for us. On occasion there may be a need to farm one or two mobs prior to a god pop day, should this occur points will be cumulative for the day i.e. 10+5 (farming+god).
No points will be deducted for lateness RL is always first and foremost. However, if you work late every Saturday etc. do not expect full points in comparison to everyone that attends from “go time” till the end.
Lotting
In order to be eligible to lot on god/Kirin drops you MUST have attended one (full day or equivalent) farming session PER RL MONTH. Not something that is difficult to do since we will be going to sky on a weekly basis.
Either the person in charge of the run OR a designated individual will begin bidding with an item, there is a beginning bid of 5 points, bidding will be done in increments of 5. In the case of a double drop the highest 2 bidders will win the item for the LOWEST of the 2 bids, i.e. winning bid on Zenith hands is 25 with next highest being 20, the person than bid 20 AND the person that won at 25 will both receive Zenith hands for 20 points.
If you wish to bid multiple items you MUST have the points to spend on items, you cannot bid all your points on both, you must split the points between the two items, i.e. you have 100 points total and your winning bid is 25 on one and 75 on the other, not 100 on both. You may not go into the negative.
Pop Items
Pop items may be donated for points. Point value will be determined on a per item basis with demand for the item traded as the determining factor for points awarded. There will be a limit of up to 10 points awarded per person this way per completed Kirin set. Should people abuse this system it WILL be removed.
There will be a minimum awarded value of 2 points with a maximum of 5 points, again, based on item demand. Please consult the “pop items needed” post BEFORE you farm pops for a list of pops needed. No point in you spending 2 hours farming pops for 0 points.
If you are farming pops in a group all points will be awarded/split among those attending, please provide a SCREENSHOT of party list WITH the item(s) in the treasure pool.
